This project features two different performance facilities.  The concert hall is a 550 seat performance hall with a superb acoustical design.  All theatrical design choices were made to enhance this live recording venue.

The black box theatre provides an intimate venue for various types of theatrical productions.  It features a catwalk, overhead lighting grid, and a networked lighting system.
