A restoration of a 1925 grand movie palace, the building serves as the Springfield Landmarks Preservation Trust road house.  The project was a complete renovation with additional support and office spaces in an adjacent building.  It includes complete lighting and rigging renovation with orchestra pit cover specified by Peerbolte Creative
