The flood of 2008 saw a nine month, complete renovation of the Iowa Theatre, a 1928 vaudeville theatre.   Peerbolte Creative designed and specified the new lighting systems, pit cover, trap system, pit netting, fire curtain, hydraulic organ lift and rigging updates. Additions included expanded support areas, rehearsal rooms, studio spaces, and a dance studio.    

Consultation throughout the facility was provided for everything from LED aisle lighting to dance barres.
