Abilene High School

Architects: HTK Architects

Peerbolte Creative designed the Abilene High School Performing Arts Center (PAC) to accommodate the needs of both the school district and community; traveling productions, community events, district music concerts, theatre productions, meetings, assemblies, presentations, large group assembles and a representation as the hub for the arts for the Abilene school district.

A combination of front of house catwalk positions, tormentor side positions, and on stage electrics provide the structure for any lighting needs. Peerbolte provided a suite of conventional and LED fixtures with ample controls throughout the space including a control console, portable touchpad, and remote stations located throughout the space, allowing for future technology upgrades and expandability.

In combination with an orchestra pit, dressing rooms, green rooms, scene shop, classroom, and costume and property storage the Abilene High School PAC serves many functions and is ready for each academic and production challenge.
